Our classes will enable you to use the power of touch to support your baby’s development and body awareness as well as help soothe some common complaints, such as colic and trapped wind. Even more wonderful to experience is how the techniques learned in class help support your bond and connection with your new baby, fostering a more positive experience in the early weeks of your time together.
In my classes the goal is to create a safe and relaxing environment that you look forward to coming to for your own rejuvenation as much as for the skills learned. Whether it is your first baby or third the early months are hugely transformative and we are here to listen and support you. You will also have the opportunity to make connections with other parents that continue outside of the session.
All of our franchisees and instructors are qualified in/hold the following:
