British Franchising Association

Basking Babies has been a member of the bfa since 2023, the original and largest not-for-profit trade association for franchising in the UK.

This stamp of approval recognises us for our ethical, best practice approach to everything we do here at Basking Babies.

Institute of Children's Activity Providers (ICAP)

ICAP is a professional membership body and community of business owners and leaders operating in the children’s activity sector. They aim to champion best practice, raise standards and innovate, driving positive change and progression across the industry.

Basking Babies has been a member of ICAP since 2022.

Children’s Franchise Enterprise

The Children’s Franchise Enterprise was launched in February 2021 to champion children’s franchises in the UK.

Basking Babies has been a member of the CFE since 2022.

Since 2006, millions of parents have gone to What's On 4 Kids for information and inspiration about children's activities across the UK.

Club Hub

Club Hub is the UK’s largest children’s activities directory. Basking Babies has been a member since 2022.

Children’s Activities Association

The Children's Activities Association is the first not-for-profit, industry-led organisation to raise standards in all organised children's activities across the UK.

The CAA gives parents an easy way to get peace of mind knowing their chosen children's activity has signed up to a comprehensive code of practice and is working towards or achieved the independent CAA Accreditation.

Basking Babies has held that accreditation since 2022.

The Information Commissioner's Office is the UK's independent body set up to uphold information rights.

Basking Babies holds a certificate to recognise our commitment to protecting your data.

Encouraging Women into Franchising

EWiF is a voluntary organisation made up of representatives from all parts of the franchise industry who are passionate about encouraging more women into franchising.

As an EWiF Ambassador, CEO & Founder Carla Davison meets with others to network and discuss ways of encouraging and supporting women.

All Basking Babies franchisees and instructors have comprehensive insurance cover through BGI.UK.

All classes are taught by instructors trained and qualified with Basking Babies. They all have Enhanced DBS checks.
