Do you like the sound of a class where you will bond with your baby, feel incredibly relaxed and get to drink a hot cup of tea? You are in the right place. I teach baby massage, reflexology and yoga, all of which have different benefits for both you and your baby. Baby massage is available from birth and will support you with those early weeks by combatting colic, wind, routines and sleep. Baby yoga is from 12 weeks and will be a super fun class to do with your baby and can even help with their immune system, you may even get to do some light stretching yourself too. Optional of course! I will be providing a supportive, social atmosphere where I hope some friendships can be built. I look forward to meeting you and your precious little ones!
