The proud owner of Basking Babies St Albans. I’m a mum to two amazing children, Oliver and Sophie, and I was first introduced to baby massage and baby yoga when Oliver was just 10 weeks old. 

During those early months of motherhood—when the days (and nights!) felt long and exhausting—attending these classes was always the highlight of my week. Not only did I learn soothing and comforting techniques that I still use to this day, but I also formed lasting friendships with other mums. I have so many cherished memories of those days bonding with my baby and it’s my hope to create the same positive and supportive experience for you. 

Whether you’re learning gentle massage routines to aid sleep, digestion and relaxation, or enjoying playful yoga to support your baby’s mental and physical development, my classes provide a warm and welcoming space where you can relax with your little one, meet other mums and have a much needed chat!
